The OTOFIX IM2 has been specially designed as a one-station key programmer immobilizer to help automotive locksmiths/mechanics/technicians to analyze, diagnose, and repair vehicles' IMMO systems faster, and is being updated continuously as vehicles evolve. The specialized IMMO services are as follows:
IMMO ECU Reset (Adaptation)/Refresh (Coding): clear original IMMO data, and activate the new IMMO part replacement making sure all IMMO-related components are functional.
IMMO Data Backup/Restore: back up the immobilizer data such as the vehicle's key programming and security settings, and restore it quickly in case of a system failure or when you need an IMMO component replacement.
PIN/CS Access (All Key Lost): read the PIN/CS code even if losing all original keys for making a brand-new available key; alter immobilizer data with retrieved PIN/CS code.

With Online Coding, the OTOFIX servers calculate and send coding values automatically, offering you a fast and automated coding process. However, this feature is not compatible with Ben-z models.
With Offline Coding, you can manually input coding values and make more customized car settings.

Bi-directional Control
This OTOFIX key programmer is also a full-bidirectional scan tool. That means you can send the command to the ECU and receive a response without the vehicle's control. You can use it to drive the actuators to perform a specific function such as switching a solenoid, relay, or switch, between two operating states, so quickly spot the problem.
